In this role, you will promote our products and services and act as the face of our brand. Your responsibilities will include making presentations, networking with potential customers, generating excitement around our Hydraulic products and services, qualifying sales prospects, scheduling meetings,, quoting, providing general administrative support to our employees, invoicing, collection, and billing. The person should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks) and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Conduct presentations regarding our products and services Network and develop relationships with potential and existing customers Use word-of-mouth marketing to increase brand awareness Ensure that all items are invoiced and billed on time Account Receivable/Collection Answering phone Ordering Parts Quotation Qualifications Previous experience as a Promoter or a similar position is preferred Strong customer service skills An engaging, friendly disposition
