$25-$35/hour, based on experience Between 10 and 15 hours a week About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Part-Time Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to support a growing real estate and property management business with multiple LLCs. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who brings structure, accuracy, organization, and follow-through to a busy operation.

This person will help keep the business, properties, finances, documents, projects, and communications organized so that the owner can focus on growth, development, community-building, and the long-term vision. You will have a direct role in helping turn ideas into organized, actionable projects. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something that is growing, purposeful, and bigger than a traditional office job. Key Responsibilities Office & Operations Management
Oversee daily administrative operations across multiple LLCs
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Build and improve workflows, systems, and checklists
Track deadlines, renewals, inspections, and important milestones
Keep projects and priorities organized
Identify problems before they become bigger problems
Create structure and consistency throughout the business Bookkeeping & Financial Tracking
Maintain bookkeeping across multiple LLCs
Record and categorize income and expenses
Track rents, invoices, bills, and vendor payments
Reconcile accounts and credit cards
Maintain accurate records for the CPA and tax preparation
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up
Maintain clear separation between individual LLCs QuickBooks, Excel or similar accounting software experience strongly preferred. Property Management Administration
Maintain tenant and lease records
Track rent payments, notices, and lease timelines
Coordinate maintenance and vendor communication
Organize move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and property files
Assist with vacancy tracking and tenant communications
Help coordinate contractors, repairs, and property improvement projects Legal / Administrative Coordination
Organize legal documents and correspondence
Prepare forms and document packets from established templates
Track deadlines and compliance items
Coordinate with attorneys and other professionals

Manage task lists, priorities, and follow-ups
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Make phone calls and send emails
Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, accountants, attorneys, and other professionals
Take notes and turn conversations into actionable tasks
Follow through on assignments without constant supervision

Bookkeeping experience
Property management or real estate experience
Strong spreadsheet and computer skills

Process improvement or systems-building experience Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor | $25-$35/hour Compensation will depend on experience, skills, independence, and level of responsibility.
