We're seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to help manage contract budgets, financial reporting, payroll allocations, invoicing, and compliance activities for behavioral health programs. What You'll Do Manage and reconcile program and contract budgets Prepare invoices, financial reports, and budget analyses Support payroll allocation and timekeeping processes Monitor contract spending and funding compliance Partner with finance and program leadership on financial operations Identify process improvements and support audits/compliance activities What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Public Accounting Experience with Non-Profit clients is desired. 1+ year of accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Nonprofit, grant, government contract, or Paycom experience is a plus #LI-JMM3 #
