Role Description We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Advisor & Agency Owner. In this full-time, hybrid position based in Jackson, MI, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients toward financial security. Day-to-day tasks include identifying clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate solutions, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills Understanding of insurance products and services, with a focus on life, home, auto, and financial planning solutions Sales and client services abilities, including problem-solving and conflict resolution Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate and grow a business Analytical and organizational skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions Prior experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory Must hold or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licensing in the state of Michigan Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is a plus
