We proudly serve Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), Adult Residential Facilities, Regional Centers, Day Programs, Healthcare Facilities, and related providers throughout California. Our clients trust us to understand the unique risks of caring for vulnerable populations — and we're looking for a Commercial Lines Agent who can carry that same level of care into every client relationship. The Role We're seeking a licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Agent who is fluent in Tagalog to serve our growing base of Filipino American business owners and facility operators. Many of our clients — RCFE owners, adult day program operators, and healthcare facility administrators — prefer to discuss their coverage needs in Tagalog, and this role is essential to making sure they feel understood and well-served. What You'll Do Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts for RCFEs, adult day programs, regional center vendors, and healthcare facilities Quote, bind, and renew commercial policies (general liability, professional liability, property, workers' comp, umbrella, and related lines) Conduct client consultations and coverage reviews in both English and Tagalog Build and maintain strong relationships with facility owners and operators across California Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate policy solutions Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewals accurately and on time Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients Stay current on regulatory and licensing requirements affecting RCFEs and adult care facilities What We're Looking For Active California Property & Casualty insurance license required Fluency in Tagalog and English required 2+ years of commercial lines experience (senior care, healthcare, or human services insurance experience a strong plus) Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using agency management systems (Hawksoft) Passion for serving the senior care and healthcare community Why Join Summa Insurance Service $60,000
