Job Description

Insurance Agent (Life & Health) - Leads, Training & Income Support Corona Health & Wealth Brea, CA Job Details Permanent | Full-time $48,000 - $432,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Life insurance Qualifications Financial sales Medicare Customer relationship management Insurance sales Life & Health Insurance License Full Job Description Stop Paying to Find People to Sell To Most new insurance agents don't fail because they aren't willing to work. They fail because they're expected to build a business with almost no infrastructure behind them. If you're new to insurance — or you've already spent time in the industry — you've probably seen the same model: Buy hundreds or even thousands of dollars in leads Spend hours cold calling people who don't answer Sell to friends and family Get a few days of training and then figure it out yourself Struggle through inconsistent opportunities and inconsistent income There is another way to build your career. We're currently interviewing motivated individuals in the Brea area for a structured Life & Health insurance and financial-services career opportunity designed to give new and developing agents the tools, opportunities and support needed to become productive. No Friends & Family List. No Weekly Lead Bill. From the beginning, agents have access to: Company-provided leads CRM provided Company-sponsored marketing materials Structured onboarding and ongoing training Hands-on mentorship, coaching and feedback Local prospecting and marketing support A defined path into leadership and financial services Your job should be to become great at meeting with clients, identifying needs and helping families make important financial decisions — not spending your first six months trying to figure out where your next prospect is coming from. Get Paid to Build Momentum Commission careers take time to build. That's why qualifying full-time new agents have access to additional financial incentives during the ramp-up period. Head-Start Stipend $250 per week during your first four weeks New Agent Bonus Opportunity Up to $18,000 in additional bonuses during your first four months Paid in addition to commissions Based on qualifying production and program requirements Continued Performance Bonuses As your production grows, additional performance incentives are available, including: Quarterly bonuses Renewals Leadership overrides Additional performance-based compensation This is a 1099, performance-based opportunity. Income is not guaranteed. Build in One of America's Largest Long-Term Markets Our agents primarily work with individuals approaching and entering retirement. That creates opportunities to build long-term client relationships around needs including: Medicare Advantage Medicare Supplement Life Insurance Critical Illness Hospital Indemnity Instead of selling one product and disappearing, the goal is to become a long-term resource for clients as their insurance and retirement needs evolve. This Doesn't Have to End With Insurance Sales Some agents want to become exceptional insurance producers. Others want more. This opportunity provides a pathway for qualifying agents to expand into the financial-services side of the business.
Opportunities include:
Company-paid SIE preparation $2,000 bonus after successfully completing the SIE, subject to program requirements Additional qualifying securities education and training Financial Representative opportunities Financial Advisor career development Leadership and management opportunities The objective isn't simply to give you another insurance sales position. It's to give you somewhere to go with your career. Established Infrastructure Behind You This opportunity is supported by a national organization with more than 145 years of history in the insurance industry. You're not joining a startup. You're not being handed a script and told to figure everything out yourself. You're entering an established system built around training, prospecting, insurance sales, retirement planning and long-term career development. Who We're Looking For This may be a strong fit if you are: Licensed or currently pursuing your Life and/or Health license Brand new to insurance An early-career agent who hasn't received enough support An experienced agent tired of constantly paying for leads Considering a serious career change into insurance or financial services Coachable and willing to follow a structured process Available to build the business full-time Located within commuting distance of Brea, California Interested in building a long-term career This Is Probably NOT for
