• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts

• Bilingual required Spanish/ English
• Prefer applicant to have a producer license, but will train the right person
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Proven experience in account management or a similar role
• Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with clients
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client accounts
