The average first-year HRG agent earns approximately $55,000-$60,000 , while experienced agents with three years at HRG can earn $100,000-$120,000+ through commissions and performance bonuses. What You'll Do As an Insurance Agent, you'll work directly with clients and community members to build professional relationships and help them navigate their insurance and retirement needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
