Blue Lion Insurance Advisors, LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This person is responsible for managing the commercial lines insurance for our book of business.

This includes:

marketing and underwriting new business, renewing existing business, and providing outstanding customer service. The Account Manager must be knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance, including products, pricing, coverage, and regulations and provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients. Leadership qualities a plus. This position is located in Tinton Falls NJ. A valid NJ Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.

Our compensation package includes:

• Competitive salary based on both experience and expectations. $55,000.00
• $75,000.00 per year
• Commission program for writing new business, including account rounding, cross-selling and bringing in new accounts. Average of $500
• 1,000 additional per month in Commissions.

Analyze client/risk needs and provide appropriate coverage options. Develop annual summaries and present to insureds. Negotiate and quote commercial insurance policies. Maintain relationships with insurance companies and insurance brokers. Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Skilled at using Data Management and Support Technology, including AMS360

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role Strong understanding of several types of commercial insurance policies Monitor renewals, endorsements, cancellations, etc. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high
