$60,000-$85,000+ per year Full-Time | In Person Join an Experienced Team at a High-Growth Independent Insurance Agency Waypoint Risk Advisors is expanding our sales team in Tinton Falls, NJ and looking for motivated sales professionals who want the opportunity to build a successful career with a growing independent insurance agency. We offer personal and commercial insurance through numerous well-known carriers, giving our sales team more options to find the right solution for customers — and more opportunities to close business. Our agency is well-capitalized and makes a substantial ongoing investment in marketing and lead generation to create a consistent flow of sales opportunities. Our leadership team and five experienced producers bring years of experience building and growing a successful insurance operation in New Jersey, supported by proven sales systems, training, and processes. We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy sales, connect easily with customers, and want the opportunity to grow their income, responsibilities, and career as the agency expands. Salary Range:

We're looking for someone who: Is confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with prospective customers Can quickly establish rapport and earn trust Is motivated by goals and enjoys a performance-driven environment Takes ownership of follow-up and sees opportunities through Is competitive while still being a strong team player Is organized and able to manage multiple prospects and opportunities Wants to learn, improve, and grow with the agency A New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required. Licensing costs will be paid by the agency for qualified candidates. Responsibilities What You'll Do Work agency-generated leads to quote and bind personal and commercial insurance policies across multiple carriers Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through quoting, follow-up, and close Build rapport with prospects and help identify coverage options that fit their needs Maintain consistent follow-up and document key customer and prospect interactions Onboard new customers and help create a strong experience from the beginning Cross-sell additional insurance products and identify opportunities to round out customer accounts Follow up on win-back opportunities, re-quotes, and other sales opportunities identified through agency reviews Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals
