We're growing and seeking a motivated Inside Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to assist new and existing clients with their insurance needs. This role combines sales, service, and account management , offering a unique opportunity to help individuals protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding personal and commercial insurance products Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations Process new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently Provide quotes, upsell additional coverage, and identify cross-selling opportunities Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and timely follow-ups Stay current with industry trends, carrier guidelines, and product offerings Support the agency's growth by meeting service and sales goals

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willing to obtain) Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using Agency Management Systems, and standard office tools Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
