Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Responsibilities Develop new relationships within the Norfolk community to grow our local presence. Meet with prospective clients to evaluate their existing coverage and identify gaps. Present tailored insurance solutions that align with the specific needs of local families and businesses. Maintain an active schedule of community events and networking opportunities to represent The Atlantic District. Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure each policy is managed accurately from the start. Track your progress and outreach efforts to continuously refine your approach to community growth.
