Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team and facilitate smooth real estate transactions from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage escrow accounts, ensuring all documentation, legal descriptions, and title records are accurate and compliant with underwriting guidelines. Your expertise in real estate, title review, and client communication will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Duties Manage the escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps. Review title records, public records, legal descriptions, easements, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the closing process. Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to real estate closings while adhering to legal standards and company policies. Experience Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within real estate closing environment. Knowledge of real estate transactions, legal descriptions, easements, rights-of-way, and title processing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) along with experience using real estate transaction management software and mapping tools such as GIS.
