Duties Manage the escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps. Review title records, public records, legal descriptions, easements, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the closing process. Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to real estate closings while adhering to legal standards and company policies. Experience Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within real estate closing environment. Knowledge of real estate transactions, legal descriptions, easements, rights-of-way, and title processing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) along with experience using real estate transaction management software and mapping tools such as GIS.
