Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Respond quickly to qualified mortgage leads and financing opportunities Consult with homebuyers to understand their financial goals and homeownership needs Educate borrowers on mortgage programs and home financing options Pre-qualify and pre-approve qualified borrowers Structure personalized mortgage loan solutions Build relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the mortgage and homebuying process Manage an accurate loan pipeline and CRM records Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and operations to move loans toward closing Deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing

Qualifications:
