Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are balanced and all revenue is accounted for
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and professionally
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with any other duties as needed during the night shift

Skills:

• Experience in night audit procedures
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Background in hospitality or front desk operations
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Understanding of hospitality management principles
