Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are balanced and all revenue is accounted for
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and professionally
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with any other duties as needed during the night shift
Skills:
- Experience in night audit procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Background in hospitality or front desk operations
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
- Proficient in phone etiquette
