• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Experience```
• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel industry preferred
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and responsibilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, report generation, and guest account management
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests who may require language assistance
