The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you are bilingual and have experience in hotel management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Operate phone systems and assist with reservations
• Perform night audit duties when scheduled
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Strong hospitality background
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations
• Familiarity with hotel management software
• Ability to perform night audit tasks
