Schedule:

Rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Description Quality Inn & Suites Everett is seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our hotel team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, works independently, communicates effectively, and provides excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with hotel technology, and capable of handling daily front desk operations with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs. Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and guest requests. Answer incoming calls and provide accurate hotel information. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance cash transactions. Respond professionally to guest concerns and resolve routine issues independently. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management. Maintain accurate shift reports and ensure smooth shift transitions. Complete night audit procedures, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily reports when assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and brand standards. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. Experience with ChoiceADVANTAGE or other hotel property management systems is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail. Ability to remain professional and composed during busy periods. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
