POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is a part-time overnight position (11 PM•7 AM) responsible for both guest service and basic accounting functions. This is a hands-on role — you will be running the hotel overnight and closing out the business day.
COMPENSATION
Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Growth opportunities within a multi-property hospitality group KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFront Desk Operations Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out Handle reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries Provide excellent customer service at all times Night Audit / Reporting Run end-of-day (night audit) reports Balance daily transactions and verify accuracy Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports Security & Property Oversight Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours Address guest concerns or disturbances professionally Ensure safety and security of guests and property Administrative Duties Maintain clean and organized front desk area Communicate with morning team for smooth shift transition
REQUIREMENTS
Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (not mandatory) Basic computer skills (PMS systems a plus) Strong attention to detail and accountability Ability to work independently overnight Reliable transportation and punctuality (non-negotiable) •
