## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. ## Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties ## Requirements
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous

Schedule:

8 hour shift

11pm-7am Part time
