MUST HAVES

5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, including experience supporting employees across multiple office locations/states

Hands-on UKG payroll experience Experience administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and/or optimizing UKG payroll/timekeeping

Proven experience evaluating existing payroll systems and maximizing system capabilities rather than simply processing payroll

Experience improving or automating manual payroll processes and reporting

Strong payroll reporting/data experience, including Excel

Experience working with the nuances of California payroll

Previous leadership/people management experience, including the ability to proactively address performance concerns and coach/manage an employee through improvement

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Range:

$100k-125k This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
