Office Manager / Payroll & Accounting Administrator Millvale, PA | Full-Time | Onsite GPSA Group is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager with Payroll and Accounting experience to join our team at our Millvale, PA office. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting executive leadership and managing core administrative, payroll, and accounting functions. This position is ideal for a dependable professional who is comfortable handling confidential information and working across all levels of an organization.
About the Role The Office Manager works closely with the executive team—including the President, Director of Operations, Accounting Manager, and HR Consultant—and plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the business.
You will be responsible for payroll administration, time & attendance, employee benefits, and supporting the Accounting Manager with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership
Process and administer payroll, time & attendance, and employee benefits
Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), collections, and general accounting tasks
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or consultants as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Office Management, Payroll, Accounting, HR, or Executive Assistant roles
Working knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and time & attendance tracking
Experience with AP, AR, and basic accounting functions
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
High level of professionalism, reliability, and sense of urgency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); payroll systems; accounting software experience a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $50,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
