Job Description
Office Manager / Payroll & Accounting Administrator Millvale, PA | Full-Time | Onsite GPSA Group is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager with Payroll and Accounting experience to join our team at our Millvale, PA office. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting executive leadership and managing core administrative, payroll, and accounting functions. This position is ideal for a dependable professional who is comfortable handling confidential information and working across all levels of an organization.
- About the Role The Office Manager works closely with the executive team—including the President, Director of Operations, Accounting Manager, and HR Consultant—and plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

- Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership
- Process and administer payroll, time & attendance, and employee benefits
- Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), collections, and general accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or consultants as needed
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Office Management, Payroll, Accounting, HR, or Executive Assistant roles
- Working knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and time & attendance tracking
- Experience with AP, AR, and basic accounting functions
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); payroll systems; accounting software experience a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $50,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
