Senior Payroll Specialist $62,000 - $65,000 We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our clients team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in union and prevailing wage payroll, multi-state payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and payroll audits. This is a senior-level role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Senior Payroll Specialist:
Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple states, including union and prevailing wage employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Manage payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits. Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Maintain payroll records and support internal and external audits. Continuously review and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
