ABOUT THE JOB

We need you to maintain and optimise employee data across multiple HR systems, supporting everything from new hires to organisational changes while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Process improvements will be central to your role - youll identify inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures, and drive automation across our Nordic HR operations.

Acting as first point of contact, youll support managers and employees with HR and payroll queries, staying current on legislative changes and collective bargaining agreements.

ABOUT YOU

You bring proven experience in HR, including hands-on payroll and pension administration across the Nordic region, with essential experience in Danish payroll, collective agreements, and labour law.

Your knowledge of labour law and collective agreements across Nordic countries enables you to effectively apply this in payroll, employee data management, and advisory situations.
