ABOUT THE JOB
You'll manage payroll administration and reporting across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, coordinating with outsourced providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations. We need you to maintain and optimise employee data across multiple HR systems, supporting everything from new hires to organisational changes while ensuring GDPR compliance. Process improvements will be central to your role - you'll identify inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures, and drive automation across our Nordic HR operations. Acting as first point of contact, you'll support managers and employees with HR and payroll queries, staying current on legislative changes and collective bargaining agreements. You'll ensure we remain compliant with employment regulations across all Nordic countries, monitoring legal changes and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders. Supporting international mobility cases forms part of your remit, handling cross-border employment from both administrative and payroll perspectives.
ABOUT YOU
You bring proven experience in HR, including hands-on payroll and pension administration across the Nordic region, with essential experience in Danish payroll, collective agreements, and labour law. Your knowledge of labour law and collective agreements across Nordic countries enables you to effectively apply this in payroll, employee data management, and advisory situations. Experience with HR systems and data management is essential, along with a track record of driving improvements and standardising processes. You've worked as a first point of contact for HR and payroll queries within a Nordic organisation, supporting managers and employees across multiple countries. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field would be advantageous, though we're open to discussing equivalent qualifications and experience.
