JOB DUTIES

Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check-cashing transactions. Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records. Identify and report discrepancies promptly. Greet customers, listen to banking needs, and provide professional service. Promote and refer bank products and services when appropriate. Follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Protect the confidentiality and security of customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Cash-handling and customer-service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn Bank systems and procedures. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with a team.
