Job Description

Are you a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys leading a team, building relationships, and helping customers feel confident in their financial decisions? Our community bank is looking for a CSR Supervisor at our Portage location to help lead daily teller operations, support branch staff, and ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate, and efficient service. What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and support teller staff to provide excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing. Oversee daily teller line operations, including cash handling, balancing, vault responsibilities, and adherence to bank procedures. Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and other routine banking needs. Help train new and existing team members on teller procedures, customer service expectations, and operational standards. Partner with branch leadership to support branch goals, identify customer needs, and promote a positive team environment. What We're Looking For Previous teller or retail banking experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead by example, support team development, and maintain a positive branch environment. Comfort working with banking systems and standard office technology. Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, security practices, and compliance expectations preferred.
