JOB DESCRIPTION
Embark on a pivotal role as the Treasurer and Controller, wielding influence over the financial operations of our organization. This position carries the responsibility of overseeing all financial activities, ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations, and delivering precise and timely financial reports to senior management. TREASURER AND CONTROLLER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial statements.
Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and safeguarding company assets.
Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
Lead and supervise a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficient in financial management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position within a complex organization.
In-depth knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
