TREASURER, CONTROLLER

TREASURER AND CONTROLLER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial statements.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and safeguarding company assets.
• Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
• Lead and supervise a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position within a complex organization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
