Duties:

• Provide marriage/couples counseling to clients
• Demonstrate continuous professional development
• Conduct objective and subjective assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Utilize various therapeutic methods such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Developmental Model
• Assist clients in healing past hurts, developing skills, and adopting strategies for improving their relationships
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in therapy and counseling ```

Requirements:

• Master's degree
• Valid Florida Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Be proficient in assessing client needs and developing treatment plans
• Be committed to continuous improvement of knowledge, skills, and abilities as a therapist
• Have a strong sense of self and the self-confidence to drive therapeutic results with high-functioning adult clients
