We are a pro-BIPOC, LGBTQIA-affirming, culturally sensitive practice. Modern Insight Therapy, PLLC is dedicated to helping individuals develop healthy relationships, understand and cope with their emotions while working through life events. The team at Modern Insight Therapy wants to help others achieve their highest level of functioning while feeling empowered to be the best version of themselves. Description:
Provides diagnostic assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders through individualized treatment plans according to the client's needs and or circumstances. Provide individual therapy to clients based on their needs, diagnoses, and best evidence-based practices. Have a sex positive approach to therapy. Facilitates transitions to appropriate levels of care via in-person, telephone or telehealth contact when needed. Tracks client progress through accurate record keeping adhering to regulatory requirements; modify treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' status. Capacity for flexibility and adaptability in different work situations. Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 15 clinical hours; ability to work well with diverse populations. Strong consultative abilities and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work effectively as part of a team and independently. Contributes to the organization by actively participating in process improvement initiatives and shared decision making. Team members in full-time roles meet with no more than 25 individuals weekly — giving space for presence and recovery. Annual compensation begins between $60K-$80K depending on credentials and experience, with performance-based bonuses available. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field required; licensure required i.e.
LPC, LCPC.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have access to a personal laptop, iPad, or computer with a stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection, as well as a designated space to conduct sessions. Detail orientated and organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize. Time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required to service clients, leaders and clinical staff alike. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month. Must have experience working with sexual disorders. Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer, read, write, speak, and listen; utilize said computer for creating data, typing, sending and receive electronic communications.
