Your responsibilities may include:
Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA Providing engaging one-on-one ABA therapy Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collecting and accurately recording client data Supporting individualized treatment goals and programs Using positive, evidence-based strategies to help clients succeed Building positive relationships with clients and their families Communicating and collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the care team Maintaining accurate documentation and protecting client confidentiality Creating a safe, encouraging, and positive learning environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.Ideal candidates have:
Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities An interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to remain calm and positive when supporting challenging behaviors Strong attention to detail and data-collection skills A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow as a professional A commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care RBT Certification Current RBT certification is preferred.
