Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a vital part of the educational team, you'll work closely with a BCBA to deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, making a meaningful difference in students' daily lives. This assignment is focused on providing coverage during a maternity leave, allowing you to impact young learners and gain valuable school-based experience within a defined period.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience or knowledge of school-based or pediatric behavioral interventions Ability to collaborate effectively with a supervising BCBA, teachers, and families Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Responsibilities:
Work under BCBA supervision to provide direct behavioral support and intervention for students in elementary grades Implement individualized behavior plans and track student progress Assist in collecting data and preparing reports for IEP meetings and progress reviews Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce positive behavior strategies Support students with daily transitions and classroom routines, promoting a supportive learning environment This position covers a maternity leave, running from September 23, 2026, through January 11, 2027.
