Registered Behavior Technician in Pike Road, AL

Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary school students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract assignment covering a maternity leave. This engaging position is located near Pike Road, AL, where you will make a meaningful impact during a critical period of student development. As a dedicated RBT, you will work closely with children on an elementary school caseload, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role spans from September 23, 2026, through January 11, 2027providing stability and essential support to students and staff throughout the duration of the leave.
Desired Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Experience providing behavioral support for children in school or educational settings Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary educational team Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
