This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to support students throughout the '26/27 school year, beginning as soon as possible. You'll have the chance to work closely with students, teachers, and therapists to help foster positive behavior and learning outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience supporting children or adolescents in an educational or clinical environment Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards Organizational skills and the ability to follow behavior intervention plans precisely Ability to work full-time on-site throughout the entire school year

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs Record and report behavioral data and progress Assist with the development of social, communication, and life skills Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents regarding student progress and behavior strategies Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
