Your role will be pivotal in enhancing students educational experiences by collaborating closely with teams and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You'll Bring:

Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus Strong communication skills to consult effectively with school staff, parents, and team members Proficiency in behavior plan development and implementation Ability to supervise, guide, and support RBTs in the delivery of behavior intervention strategies Comfort working independently as well as in a team setting Openness to providing services via teletherapy platforms if needed

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing direct and ongoing feedback Monitor the implementation of intervention plans and recommend data-driven adjustments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Communicate progress and strategies with school staff and families This contract role fits those seeking variety, flexibility, and an opportunity to make a differenceeven if your availability varies.
