Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity places you in a school-based setting near Atwater, CA, offering you the platform to collaborate with dedicated staff and positively impact children and young adults with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a BCBA Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques Excellent communication and documentation abilities Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educators Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to drive decision-making Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers to support student success Provide direct and indirect support to students, including modeling interventions for staff Train and coach school personnel on behavior strategies and best practices Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Communicate regularly with families and other stakeholders to ensure consistent support This contract opportunity allows you to expand your professional skills and make a direct impact.
