BCBAs are responsible for assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, based on Applied Behavior Analysis, supervising implementation of programs, and overseeing the work of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving lives,has excellent analytical and communication skills, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Requirements Master's Degree in Applied Behavior analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required) Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required) Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies (required) Previous experience working in ABA or with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Train staff and provide supervision and clinical direction to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision logs Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with ethical and professional standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings Benefits Paid training, professional development, and certification support Health Insurance (Dental, Vision, Medical) Retirement plan Flexible schedule
