•Company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As a rapidly growing ABA therapy clinic, we're looking for talented professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As an RBT, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Position:

Part-Time, with potential for future full-time opportunities

Current Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-6:30

PM Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous Experience working with individuals with autism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and clinical team members Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities :

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and schools to children and individuals with autism Collect and accurately record data related to treatment goals and client progress Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Attend training and supervision sessions Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team to support effective treatment Position is in-person
