Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll build meaningful connections with children and help them develop life-changing skills every single day. RBTs are certified and trained professionals who provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); an evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching. Not certified? Don't worry, we will train and certify you! What We Offer:

$850 sign-on bonus for non-certificated RBTs Providing Paid Training and RBT Credentialing Part time (under 30 hours) or Full Time (30+ hours with full availability)
