Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll build meaningful connections with children and help them develop life-changing skills every single day. RBTs are certified and trained professionals who provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); an evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching. Not certified? Don't worry, we will train and certify you! If you're compassionate, motivated, and ready to grow, we'll guide you every step of the way; including paid training and full support through the RBT certification process. About Us At Malama Pono Autism Center, we don't just hire employees; we invest in people. We believe a strong, supportive workplace starts with a team that feels valued, empowered, and inspired to grow. Combining community, growth and accountability with a touch of aloha, Malama Pono Autism Center has been providing services for over 12 years. We pride ourselves on uniquely designed behavior plans for our kiddos, changing not only their lives but their families that support them. We're looking for individuals who want to make a real impact in the lives of children and their families. Some of our team members bring years of clinical experience, while others join us at the beginning of their journey, but what they all share is a passion for meaningful work and a desire to be part of something bigger. As we continue to grow, we're seeking motivated, high-energy individuals who love working with children and thrive in a collaborative environment. If you're ready to learn, contribute, and make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
