Job Description
Join Our Growing Pediatric Therapy Team! Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full or Part-Time availabilities We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding behavioral team within a multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy program. This is a great opportunity to work alongside ABA, speech, physical therapy, and occupational therapy professionals under localized, supportive management. In this role, you will: Provide behavioral support and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and individualized behavior plans Deliver services directly to children in alignment with agency standards and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians Help children reach meaningful developmental goals through play-based, evidence-based therapy If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys helping children with developmental delays or autism, you'll find this role rewarding and impactful.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a human service field Current BCBA certification At least 1 year of experience in ABA working with children with autism preferred, though ENTRY level BCBA will also be considered Valid Illinois driver's license with a safe driving record Current proof of automobile insurance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and interact on the floor with children Must frequently lift/move up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs Engage in physical activities that support therapy and play-based interventions
