A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed onsite for the 20252026 school year to shape positive outcomes for students in an adaptive skills/day treatment setting. Work directly with a dedicated education team to oversee intervention strategies, guide support staff, and promote growth for each learner.

Desired Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Eligibility for Maine Department of Education (DOE) certification Successful completion of CHRC fingerprinting/background check Prior school-based experience in adaptive skills or day treatment programs preferred Strong background in special education will be considered Onsite presence required throughout the contract term

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor RBTs and BHPs in direct student support Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and craft individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide behavior-focused input for IEP development Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and support staff Maintain thorough compliance and documentation standards Experience a role where your expertise transforms lives.
