Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team! The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the key liaison for our patients and ensures a seamless and welcoming experience. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. The PCC must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsships Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions Benefits for FT Employees Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid time Off 401(k)
Employee Assistance Program Qualifications:
