We are an established integrative health practice in Vacaville seeking an articulate, warm, and structured Wellness Program Consultant to guide our patients through our specialized Red light therapy program. This is NOT a cold-calling or outbound phone prospecting job. It is also not a receptionist/front desk job. Prospective patients have already seen our marketing, interested in our therapies, and booked a consultation with our clinic. Your role is to act as a trusted advisor: building rapport, learning their histories and goals, educating them on care options, and guiding them to select the treatment package that fits their goals. You will follow them along their journey in our office and serve as their main point of contact for questions or concerns. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured, face-to-face consultations with pre-scheduled patients. Present care plan options clearly and answering any questions confidently Process patient enrollments and handle billing options with total professionalism. Assist patients when they are in clinic with their treatments Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the patients What We Are Looking For 2+ years of close customer service experience (preferably in consultative sales, high-ticket retail, leasing, account management, esthetician, Med Spa, Spa Management, or patient-focused care). High natural warmth, excellent communication skills, and a confident presence. Detail-oriented and structured Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our clinical team. Passion for health, wellness, and integrative medicine.
