We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Patient Concierge / Treatment Coordinator who wants to be a meaningful part of a patient's journey and our growing team. Position Overview As a Patient Concierge / Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about their smile transformation. This position requires reliable transportation to travel between our Pflugerville and Downtown Austin locations.
