Open Positions We are actively hiring remote healthcare professionals residing in or licensed to practice in Michigan across the following disciplines: Registered Nurses (RN)

• Telehealth triage, remote patient monitoring, utilization review, and care coordination. Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN)
• Patient intake, remote monitoring support, chart reviews, and clinical documentation. Physical Therapists (PT)
• Tele-rehab assessments, remote movement consultations, and treatment plan evaluations. Medical Social Workers (MSW)
• Virtual psychosocial assessments, remote patient advocacy, resource coordination, and counseling support. Other Healthcare Specialists
• Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and Healthcare Administrative Specialists.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical assessments, care planning, or case management services remotely. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation compliant with State of Michigan standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families via secure virtual platforms. Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and remote healthcare privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active, unencumbered Michigan state license/certification corresponding to your discipline (RN, LVN, PT, MSW, etc.).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in home health, acute care, case management, or outpatient settings.

Technology:

High-speed internet connection, a quiet and secure HIPAA-compliant home office space, and proficiency with digital EHR systems and telehealth software.

Skills:

Strong clinical judgment, excellent written/verbal communication, and self-directed time management capabilities.
