The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience is preferred, however, we will provide training. • Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
• Utilize OpenDental or similar software for patient management

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in dental office setting preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and patient service best practices
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment scheduling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
